Moving to Boston to work at one of the Hospitals? Driving through Longwood Medical looks like being in an emergency room. Sirens from passing by ambulances, lots of traffic, J-walkers in blue uniforms,…… If you just got a position at one of the Hospitals, congratulation! Probably you have worked very hard and are were thousands of candidates wish to. You have to move, only have one week to find housing before you start working 25/7. Never been to Boston? Finding a knowledgeable real estate agent will save you time and money. Many residents and doctors wish to be able to walk to work. There’s couple of neighborhoods within walk-in distance. Some of them are Fenway, Brookline, and Mission Hill. Back Bay and South End is not walking distance but a very short ride on the bus or T. MGH is the closest to Beacon Hill, West End and Cambridge is right across the bridge. St Elizabeth is located in Brighton. BU Medical would be South End. There is a great site that describes all the Boston neighborhoods http://www.cityofboston.gov/neighborhoods/default.asp You can always visit my site for more information www.BostonRealEstateMA.com Feel free to give me a buzz to discuss more! |
